Shipping policy

Your Big Orange will be shipped within 10 days after receiving your order with approved credit. We will e-mail you immediately if there is any delay for any reason including credit problems. Product is generally in stock and in many cases will be shipped sooner than above. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

To place an order online: add your products to the shopping cart by clicking the "buy" or "add to cart" button. You can remove items, or change the quantities on the cart page which is accessed through the top right hand corner of the page. From there you can complete your order and fill in your shipping and payment info. All Ontario customers are subject to HST, all other Canadian orders are subject to GST. All prices are quoted in CAD. We are not responsible for any duties and/or taxes for out of country orders.

We endeavour to get your order delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible, however factors such as postal service and customs clearance issues are outside of our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping within continental North America is included in the price of the product. We can accommodate shipping to addresses outside North America at an additional cost. Please contact us at for a quote on shipping. Please include the product and quantity that you would like to order and the shipping address in your email.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Big Orange is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please note that for orders under $100, we use a shipping service that does not offer tracking. We do this to keep expenses (and product cost) lower.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 days at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. All returns without an authorization will be refused. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If a refund is due, you will be refunded in the same method in which you paid for the merchandise. Upon receipt of the authorized return, we will refund the original purchase price of the product including taxes (there will be a shipping charge for the original order). Your refund will be in the same form as the original payment received from you. Any return shipped to us COD freight will be refused. Please allow 30 days or your next billing cycle for refund to appear on your credit card or Pay Pal account.
